I told you I was not done! I took more Fall accessories from the bins in the garage so I changed the coffee table accessories again.
I have had this divided tray basket in the kitchen and used it as storage for various tableware. I moved it to the family room coffee table and added some Fall stuff in it..
This Turkish candle holder used to be on the end table. John bought it a long time ago because he liked the color and the sheen of the base. He thought it was different and he likes unique stuff.
I am doing progress! I have not bought anything new, instead, just moved stuff around and took items from storage. I really should stop shopping cause we have too much and I am running out of storage room.
It used to be like this. Remember the natural rock collection showcase? I moved it on to the ottoman to the left of the TV cabinet.
Thanks for stopping by. I enjoy having you over and really appreciate your visits.

ReplyDeleteGreat thinking to use the tableware storage basket for displaying fall items! I like how it brings them altogether but allows for individual-ness. Its so HARD, isn't it to stop shopping when there are so many new "pretties" popping up in stores everyday?! Good for you trying to resist. My only defense is to keep blinders on when going by shop windows and not step inside them - yah, it only works for awhile then I cave!

What a lovely warm glow at your house from the fall decor. Everything looks so pretty. I understand about the storage problem. I used to rent a storage locker for all of my holiday decor and then I figured out that it cost nearly a thousand dollars a year. I have china, wine glasses, and all things holiday stored in every closet, and in the garage, and in the spare bedroom, and under the beds. Good grief!
