Ooops! I almost forgot, I have this rooster planter on the back porch too! The first 2 pictures are add ons.
I had to get up early so I could shoot these pictures and load them. I had no roosters at home except for a throw rug and a small Portuguese rooster, which I cannot find right now, so I went shopping yesterday, just so I don't miss the party. After all, a gracious hostess is throwing it, Barb of http://barbsgoodlife.blogspot.com/, so be sure to go there and join the fun!
I set the little table by the pool for my breakfast, just a cup of coffee and a roll.

Christine! You are incredible! haha Love that you made it for the Rooster Parties and great rooster purchases! & how awesome that you traveled to Fatima to get your Portuguese rooster!
ReplyDeleteLove the setting by your beautiful pool...so serene!
Blessings & Aloha!
thanks for grabbing my button...
(hm.. about the video...haha, I just took the chance that I was copying & pasting the right thing...not knowing that it would work, but it did! just go to what video you want, and on the side it gives you the options for the code for embedding...at least that was it did for me.. & also, you can disable cookies & disable views of other videos relating...I chose to do that, so that only the clip I wanted would show up.)
sorry for the longer than usual comment...I tried to find your email, but couldn't so I hopefully answered your question. please email me at mgbotelho21@gmail.com, so that I can have it for the future...instead of getting "noreply" that comes up on comments.
Christine, this is just awesome. I love the great rooster plate, mug and the vase as well as the tea towel that you've used as a tablecloth. You always find the greatest things and your patio and pool are so inviting. I would be there everyday all day if I could. Hope your day is super. Hugs, Marty

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love it, Christine! Beautiful table!
ReplyDeleteYou certainly are a dedicated blogger to go out and purchase rooster stuff so you can join the party. What you did get certainly is cute and I'm sure will be useful, too. You can always use tea towels and mugs. My favorite is the pot with the rooster on the lid.
ReplyDeleteYou are a much better behaved blogger than I am! And, you were able to have a breakfast by your pretty pool.
ReplyDeleteYou are such a hoot, Chrisitne. I know we bloggers who aren't roo collecter's, were scrambling around buying a few for the party (sort of like buying something new to wear to a party and then saying "Oh, this old thing?"!!!!
ReplyDeleteI love those planters!! I love planters with anything on them. They are so expensive though. Maybe I should splurge!! lol!!
I envy you with that pretty breakfast by the pool. It has been raining here for 3 days!! Sob! I do love all your pretty breakfast accruments though.
Have a great weekend, my friend!!
xoxo

Great tablescape. And the pool is looking mighty tempting. It's suppose to be 105 here today in southern California. Maybe even up to 110. Too hot!!! And I love the rooster planter photos you threw in as well.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful table beside the pool! I love all of your finds, and it cracks me up that you went "rooster shopping" for the party. Now THAT is a dedicated blogger my friend. (or perhaps just a dedicated shopper tee hee) Hope you have a great weekend. Kathy
