I did not think I would have any contribution for today until I looked at my surrounding. I was flying from Jackson to Orlando and as we were landing, I noticed all these blues, the plane, the sky and the water. So I grabbed my camera and started shooting. The last picture was what I saw when I got to my final destination. Isn't the setting sun just beautiful? The plane is mostly white but look at the name. It's JetBLUE!

Now, Now, this is what I call a true mosaic.......a mosaic of a mosaic floor! I noticed this beautiful floor while waiting for my connecting flight at the Orlando airport. For more creative mosaics, go to Mary's site at http://dearlittleredhouse.blogspot.com/. I know you won't be disappointed.
I never need to leave home...I can travel the world via your blog! hope you have a great week girl

I always enjoy photos from the plane. I don't fly, so that is my chance to see what it is like. Did you wave at my daughter when you were in Orlando? Have fun!

Hi Christine, that blue jay is getting smaller and smaller. I'm afraid that he'll soon fly away! Happy Blue Monday.
ReplyDeleteThere've been a few problems this morning, and I don't think you're linked. Please come back and link in.

ReplyDeleteI did read your comment, but with an iPhone or itouch if you don't enlarge it enough then you end up pushing the wrong button!
ReplyDeleteI love the blue mosiac!
That mosaic on the floor is awesome - all those tiny pieces cut just so!
ReplyDeleteNext time I am in Orlando airport I need to stop and look down instead of running around the airport with all my carry-on bags because I love to buy Mickey things when I am in Orlando. You are always having so much fun traveling. I am so cold today that I could use a trip to Orlando:)

I love your shots out the plane window...I always enjoy having the window seat and doing the same thing....taking great sky shots..and especially ones of puffy clouds....Your pictures in Orlando airport of the mosaics are very neat as well....Sue.
ReplyDeleteNice mosaics. How fun the colors are.
ReplyDeleteHi Christine, great mosaics. I still have to learn how to create those. Having trouble downloading Picasa.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your disney pictures with us! My 4th child, my "little peanut" I call her- is due to get on a plane in about 10 minutes to head back home from there. Last night I was really missing her and feeling sad that I didnt get to go with her. I was sitting here wondering what she is experiencing when I clicked on your post and got to see first hand through your camera lens some of what she was enjoying. It was a surreal moment.., knowing she had been at the park all day and was on her way to the Hollywood studios party while reading your post.
ReplyDeleteThanks for cheering this mommy up! Now if only the weather would clear up I could stop worrying about that flight home.
I love these photographs.
ReplyDeleteThe tile mosaics are beautiful.
