This is an add on, just wanted to show you this dome that I bought from TJ Maxx here. It was $3. The tray is $3.50 and the bird inside is $2.00. If you notice, the base of the bird matches my animal decor and plates on my most recent safari tablescape. I thought it would be a good addition to the collection.
And since I am already loading a pic, I thought I should add pics of my 2 grandsons that I am presently enjoying right now. The baby sure is growing fast. He smiled for the first time for me today.
Another cloche party? How exciting! Thanks to Marty for making this fun event possible. Go visit her at http://astrollthrulife.blogspot.com/ and see lots of beautifully created and decorated cloches. I think this is supposed to have a winter or Valentine's theme. I don't have any more winter stuff out, they are all put away so I will just show you some with a Valentine theme and some that are just anything. Hope you don't mind.
Here is my lovers figurine. I added tulle and red bows and a heart to embellish the top, just for an added touch. I did not know where to store both this dome server and the tea set so I put them together and left them out on the breakfast nook cabinet.
I have since moved this on the computer armoire in the guest room.
I placed my Valentine present, a set of citrine with diamonds pendant and earrings, in a tiny cloche.

ReplyDeleteI have not joined the party since I do not own a cloche yet but I had fun looking at your creativity. I love your pretty cups...so pretty. You have some wonderful items in your lovely home. I like to see what everyone has each week but I spend most of my time in the kitchen playing with my flour instead of decorating my house:) Have a fun weekend.
