Small Fountain Area Changes

I have a little met for today. Can you spot it? Of course you can't, that is why I am changing things around, mostly moving plants.

The kumquat tree has grown, covering the small lion fountain I have hanging on the brick wall. So, I moved the plants around and now, can you see it?

Here is a close up of the fountain. It's mosaic and it has blue and yellow flowers.

I can even see the fountain when I am blogging all the way from our home office.

Showing you what's on the little iron tabletop in front of the bench, they're just mostly candles and a plant.

I added more plants to the top of the outdoor dining table and moved things around a little.

The bees stayed. I like them there.

I moved the terrarium from the breakfast nook inside the house, to the back porch and placed it on top of the cooler.

I hope you enjoyed my mimi met for today. It seems little but I really moved a lot of plants around plus cleaned the area with a hose. There were lots of leaves caught up in the corner.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks to our gracious hostesses for these fun memes.

  2. Yes, you did well by moving the plant so you can see the lion fountain. Could that be a "green man" and not a lion? From British mythology.

  4. Christine. I just love that fountain and you sure don't want it hiding behind plants. I just love your whole pool area. If I had a pool I would do laps everyday. Sigh.

  21. Hi Christine, thank you for your visit today. I'm happy you enjoyed the makeover for my daughter's bedroom.

Your outdoor space is beautiful. I know you moved around your plants and it all looks so comfortable and inviting. I love that you took lots of photos of the many details in your space. The background with the pool makes me want to take a swim. We sold our home with our pool a few years ago. Here in the mountains we do not have a place that isn't going down hill. Smile. Pools are a lot of work and I only miss it when I see a lovely pool like yours.

    Happy Blue Monday.
    Hugs, Jeanne
