We have been so busy the past few days cause my stepaduaghter and her 3 kids, ages 2, 4 and 5, were just here. They just left early this afternoon so I am finally able to relax and maybe catch up on blogging and comments, in between cleaning up. We sure are going to miss the grandkids because all of a sudden it is so quiet around here. But right now, I will try to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Last Saturday, we went junking. The kids had a lot of fun playing. I was so surprised when the store owner called me by my name. It turns out that he also has a booth in the store where my booth is but I have never really met him before. He said my booth is the best one there and he is not saying that just because I am around, lol. Or maybe he just wanted me to spend more money in his store. He also said he wouldn't be surprised if I am the top seller there. Well, actually he was right about that.
He also told us about a national park that is located nearby. Actually, we have taken AJ there a few years ago but have forgotten all about it. So after shopping, we headed for the park and Clear Springs Lake. Don't let the name fool you, the lake is not clear at all, lol.
But whether the lake is clear or not, the park is very picturesque and so relaxing and peaceful.
They even had a shaded area where I could leave my mom while we hiked. My mom has some blue in her dress too.
Little Holden was also wearing blue.
I love this picture! They are all "Following the Leader!"
Noah is such a big boy now.
I love how the kids' clothes reflect on the water.
Holden was so happy to find a pine cone and Noah fished out this driftwood from the water with Zoe's help.
Zoe's red dress is obviously my contribution for Rednesday.
I took a few panoramic shots for you.

Those grandchildren are beautiful, Christine! Looks like they had a great day. I used to think that divorce was unheard of amongst bloggers since there is such a strong emphasis on family but am seeing more and more that many bloggers have blended families. As a divorced lady, it gives me hope!
