Kids' Spring Table

We had kids during our get together dinner and it will be tight to sit them with us around the round table so I set this small table by the kitchen nook for them. Besides, I know they will enjoy it more if they are by themselves.
I continued on with the spring theme here.

 Lenox Butterfly Meadows napkin rings.

Hyacinth plant with white blooms was borrowed from outside by the fountain.

I layered yellow bee salad plates from Williams Sonoma, white Mikasa swirl dinner plates and MacKenzie Childs Marketplace plate chargers.

I placed some cups in a clotche topped with a bird's nest and eggs for my centerpiece.

Thank you so much for stopping by. I appreciate you all and all the hostesses.

  2. Chris, you can invite me any time to sit in this adorable and pretty table with so much attention to Spring details! I love the bunnies, as much as your Meadows butterfly napkin rings. The cloche centerpiece is a lot of fun for the kids!

  13. Oh, Christine....this rocks!!!! SUCH a smart move to go with the easy wash-n-wear quilted table topper! Adults are messy, but kids...that's a REAL mess on your hands! Quilts look fabulous, add texture as well as color to the table, and are so easy to just drop in the washing machine after!! Smart thinking!!!

I love that cloche centerpiece as well as all the other decorative accoutrement on the table! Those kids had it good!!!

  17. This is so cute! Love the china cup stack under the cloche- whimsical and cute! We always had a 2nd table for the kids when I grew up but it wasn't ever this fancy! Cute little bunnies and dishes! You've reminded me of my bee dishes that I should use now that spring and summer are coming along!
