It was time to work out again so my friends, Brenda and Noemie came over. I told them to have lunch here. I will show my lunch table in another post. It was a garden theme, so naturally my tea set also has an outdoor theme. I originally planned to set the table in the gazebo but it was raining so we ate in the kitchen instead.
The set is "Birdhouse" by Thompson pottery.
We had coconut custard pie with the guava and pear flavored tea.

Now that's what I call a nice "cool down" after a workout! :-) That would motivate me to workout more if I knew there might possibly be a lovely tea time afterwards.
