Happy 3rd birthday to my twin granddaughters, Rea and Halle!
They are so sweet. They have been holding hands since they were babies and they always say that they are best friends.
They came a little late but they were still the best Christmas presents ever for 2012, with their first cousin Reese, who was born 15 days sooner.
I always feel bad when it is time for me to go back home after I visit them, that I tried packing them in my hand carry luggage but their mom wouldn't allow me to bring them along, lol.
Saying goodbye to them again at the airport, as they got older.
1st Birthday
They sure love to eat.
The play so well together and are always partners, even in crime, LOL! People in the hospital always tell us that they just love hearing their giggles.
As you probably already know, Rea was diagnosed last April 2014 with Neuroblastoma so she has been through treatment and lost her hair after several rounds, but I am very happy to announce that she has done very well and her hair is growing back now, which you will see on her current picture.
Such confidence and always a big sister to Halle even if she is only 2 minutes older.
And here is our happy girl Rea now, so happy and looking so healthy.
Happy Birthday, my sweet and beloved little Rea and Halle. We will be with you very soon.
John is retiring at the end of this month and we will be moving back to FL in a few months. We are downsizing because our home in FL is so much smaller. If you are interested in buying any of our stuff and you have FB, you can browse at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1386140495020466/ . I cannot believe how everything is going so fast, which is good.
Thank you for stopping by and helping me celebrate our twin's birthday.
They are darling girls!!!
ReplyDeletePraise God your lil one is doing better.

ReplyDeleteCute pictures, Christine...♥ the one of them in your carry-on.
Those are two little cuties, and how sad their mommy didn't let you pack them up and take them home with you. LOL. They look adorable in the carryon bag, and under the tree too.

ReplyDeleteHappy 3rd Birthday to the girls! What a journey 2014 has been....((HUGS)) I am so excited to hear that you are moving to Florida. Our son moved to Pittsburgh after Christmas and I have told my husband that if and when we have grandchildren I must live by them. Life is too short not to enjoy each moment with your precious grandchildren!
