I found this set of French Quimper Camaieu dinnerware set on Ebay last year and I thought they were unusual in color because most Quimpers I see are yellow and blue. And I like the fact that they were a complete setting for 8, complete with handled pretty soup bowls. So, I told DH to buy them for me as my Christmas present. I never got to use them until now.
I love the combination of green, pink and yellow. I think they are perfect spring and summer colors.
We do not have all our belongings moved yet but I loaded these in the SUV to make sure they get safely to their destination.
The green chargers are Mackenzie Childs and they are made out of very heavy tin.
Funny but I never used this silver plated flatware before. They just sat in our Natchez garage until now. And I like them. I think the floral pattern is very demure and pretty.
I alternated these champagne flutes with the clear flower etched crystals. These are actually faint yellow with a faint pink and gold border.
The white vase with roses was left by the sellers after we bought this house. They were a pair and were sitting on the bedroom side tables that they also left.
Now comes some MacKenzie Childs pieces, floral egg S & P shakers.
I bought this pair of candle holders from an antique shop in downtown Natchez. I am not sure who the maker is but they have a mark of M381 underneath.
On the buffet is another MacKenzie Childs piece, a double decker teapot. I think it blends well with the color scheme I have going here. The cups and saucers are Quimpers belonging to the same set. I just added white flowered creamer and sugar servers since I have not opened all my tea sets yet and I could not find any with pink and green. The tall girl with a jar figure is a Lladro we bought from Grand Cayman. I also found a place for my flatware clotche on the other side of the buffet table.
I love the shape of this teapot.
And there it is, my tablescape showing a fusion of Quimper and MacKenzie Childs. Thank you so much for your visits. I always enjoy reading your comments too.

This china is adorable, never knew Quimper came in pastels, I love it! It's great paired with your McK-Chds teapot! Congrats on your nomination~
Christine, your fusion of Quimper with McK-C sets a beautiful table. Great job! It's fun to see a set of Quimper that is floral and in a nontraditional color pattern. Beautiful!
What a pretty Quimper pattern...perfect for springtime and it pairs nicely with MC!
Christine...Love your elegantly done beautiful table. The dishes are very pretty. Lovely collection. Every thing looks awesome. Have a great week. Love Sujatha:)
It makes me so happy that you continue to do tablescapes. They are what attracted me to blogging years ago. It's not as easy to find beautiful tablescapes now. This one is gorgeous....very beautiful, and I'm so happy that I can still click on a picture and "arrow" through them with the "light box"....instead of having to click on each one to enjoy it in a larger size. Bless you for keeping that feature!
Tablescapes are such FUN!
That's a beautiful table you've set. Love the new dishes. Their coloring seems quite perfect for Florida! I didn't know Quimper made a pattern like that. Looks like your dining room is ready for family get togethers!
Christine, What a beautiful set of Quimper you found! I love how you mixed it with MacKenzie-Childs, one of my favorite combinations. Lovely candleholders and tablescape. So happy you are getting settled in your new home. Hope all the family, your granddaughter is doing well.
Hugs................
Christine, I love your pastel Quimper, and it looks wonderful with the MacKenzie-childs pieces. The stacked teapot is cute and I like your silverware too. You do have a gift for setting a lovely table. Thanks for joining me for tea.
Blessings,
Sandi
Two of my favorites! I love the Quimper, and it all blends together beautifully. What a fun teapot shape. Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

I love learning about different potteries from other bloggers. The Quimper Camaieu dishes are beautiful and I adore the MacKenzie Childs teapot's whimsical design.
Hi Christine!
I love your pretty Quimper dish collection and also how you paired it with your M-C dishes. The table runner and your centerpiece look perfect with all of it. The teapot might be my favorite thing...oh is it adorable! And the flatware....it's so pretty and youmfi ally get to use it. I hope you're enjoying your new home in FL.
Thank you for your concern for my son and his upcoming procedure.
Looks really nice and lovely indeed!
Love this pretty set of dishes!!! The soup bowls with handles are too adorable!! Love how you mixed the MC pieces with them.....nice job!!

Oh I love it all Christine but that teapot caught my eye! WOW! Never seen one like this but it is beautiful! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
Beautiful, I love it all! Hope you are adjusting in Florida. Wishing you the best!
Blessings My Friend,
Christine, as always, you have set an interesting and beautiful table. I love the Quimper. It is a wonderful color and the the pairing with the MC pieces was so smart. You adorable teapot made me smile!
I have a weakness for that double decker teapot!! It's almost like some of my stacked whimsy pieces.
Oh the dishes you got from hubby this past C'mas are soo gorgeous Christine! Love all your Quimper and this table is really so beautiful and so you. The puti candle holders are stunning!
Thanks for dropping by to visit me. I got great news, we are going to be grandparents of a little girl from DD Alexandra. She will arrive on Nov. 13 or 16. Maxima will be born in Miami, Flo.
Hugs and kisses to the princesses.

Happy Pink Saturday. Good job on the pictures -we love DETAIL! I haven't seen these before and I love how you've used them.
Hi, Christine...I was just wondering the other day if you had sold your other home. I see here that you still have it.
Your new dishes are just awesome...really pretty. When we moved last yr., I sold nearly all of my dishes...I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Not many noW...just my white ones and my blue and white transferware. I've never set formal tables like you...never had all those fine dishes. I love most MC and your teapot is just amazing. Living here in the Summer House, we are enjoying all the cute paper plates. :)
Have fun living in Fl.
You did a great job on your table setting.
Your beautiful flatware looks like Orleans by Century International to me. I think it maybe sterling. Check it out.
That Quimper pattern is gorgeous!! I haven't seen this pattern before. Thank you for joining Home Sweet Home!
I agree with everyone! The Quimper and the McKenzie pieces go so well together. You have a real flair for decorating and that table is wonderful. So glad you shared.
