Pastel Peacocks

I love anything with peacocks and chelsea birds so naturally, everytime I see anything on them, I want to have them. Thus, my feathered collection have grown. Most of my peacock plates are in the darker tinge, you know the usual deep greens, peacock blues and some reds, but I found these particular set in pastel shades. I thought I would use them now cause they look more springy.

This is more for a breakfast set up, after all, the setting is in the breakfast nook.

I have had these glasses for a while, bought them from TJ Maxx a long time ago. Do you have a TJ Maxx Rewards card? They are good for HG, Marshall's and of course, TJ Maxx. You get $ rewards which is mailed to you. Whenever I get some in the mail, I feel the need to go to any of those stores. the problem is I always spend more than the rewards, lol, but I think it is still a good deal since those 3 are some of my favorite stores. Anyway, back to the glasses, I like how thick they are and love the flower etchings and shade of green.

I bought these pewter peacock napkin rings from Ebay when we first moved here. I have been enjoying them since.

The flatware with green handles are from Horchow.

Here is the dinner plate.

The salad plate. The placemats are from Pier 1 and the plate
chargers are from Wisteria.
Don't the peacocks just look regal?

The view at night.

Thank you so much for stopping by and a special thanks to our most gracious and diligent hostesses.

Without question, this is one of the prettiest sets of peacock dishes I have ever seen! I have a set (and so does Pat at Back Porch Musings) of beautiful peacock & pheasant dishes in a brown & cream combo that are more fall/winter-oriented, but I have never seen one that is so tastefully designed that could go year round. I like how the dinner plate didn't go for the full on design, but rather kept it to the rim. I haven't been able to find cups and saucers like you did, but I will scoop them up if I ever do! These are gorgeous, Christine!!!!! Congratulations on such a great find! The napkin rings go perfectly with them!!!
