Blue, Orange and Green Polish Pottery in Florida Fall Table

I left a table set for Fall in our Florida home while I was there last weekend. I looked all over and could not find any orange nor green plates so I settled with blue and orange Polish pottery. Of course, if this was in our MS home, there wouldn't be any problem since I must have gazillion plates with orange and green on them. Orange is one of my favorite colors, although I have a lot of favorites.
I pulled a glass vase from one of the guest rooms and stuck some faux sunflowers in it.

I started with leaf shaped placemats, from TJ Maxx.
Then I layered the predominantly blue, orange and green Polish pottery dinner and salad plates on basket weaved plate chargers. They were on clearance at World Market and I believe they are made in the Philippines.
I love the pattern. I will have to move more Polish pottery here to lessen the load in MS.
Then I added some glass leaf shaped plates in earth tone colors.

Polish pottery S&P shakers with oil and vinegar cruets. I have repurposed these cruets for fish sauce and soy sauce though, which we use more.

I added a Himalayan salt tea light candle holder. The color is perfect.
Burlap bird napkin rings wrapped around blue napkins

And there it is.......a simple tablescape that I did in a few minutes to add some fall touches to our Florida home. Hope you like it!

Just a little update on my brave and strong granddaughter, Rea. Her MIBG scan shows no evidence of malignancy and her bilateral bone marrow biopsies came out negative. The medical team classified her response to treatment and out of 6 stages, she was classified under the best category as "Complete Response". We are very thankful for this and we couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you so much for everybody praying for her and please continue praying because she gets admitted again in the hospital on Wednesday for her last chemo, followed by her autologous bone marrow (stem cell) transplant. They will isolate her for this and I am taking advantage of the fact that I cannot visit her in the hospital, so I will go home for a few weeks. The picture below was taken a few weeks ago before we went to a tea party for the 3 sisters to see Rapunzel. Doesn't Rea look good? She has not even lost any weight.

How pretty Christine. I love your Polish pottery, as you know pottery is close to my heart. I also love orange with blue, it's such a wonderful combo. The leaf plates are perfect too!
Yes, Rya looks great, I can't believe her strength, I am amazed and she looks like such a fragile little thing, but there you go, God is good Chris...confide!

The image of those precious girls makes my day! How wonderful little Rea is thriving .... My son would love your color theme, a FL Gators fan since he was a young man. (Almost 53 and still cheering for them from Bend OR)

This is such a bright and cheerful table, I can see why you love the color orange! And it looks like you are well on your way to a great dish collection at your Florida home!

Rea is always in my prayers. She is such a little trooper. And your family...how strong all of you are. I'm glad I can keep up to date with you on FB.

Sending much love...I will try to visit more.

Though Florida weather is probably not suggesting fall your table certainly does. Since we share having the Polish pottery you know I like that. What good news about Rea.

First and foremost, I am so glad to see Rea's smiling little face in that picture! She looks like a little princess. They all do! I know you are so proud of the progress she has made. I hope the isolation doesn't dampen her spirits. That can be hard on an adult, let alone a little kid like that.

I love it that you used the blue in your tablescape! I'm seeing a lot of non-traditional fall colors pop up in store displays, catalogs, and around blogland. It looks great and brings a fresh look to the season.

I hope you are resting yourself up a bit now that you are back in Mississippi for a bit. You will need your strength to give Rea all those much-needed hugs once she's released from isolation!

Have a wonderful weekend, Christine!
