Karaoke and Capuccino

A few days ago, my friend called a little upset. I told her to come on over and we will sing karaoke and it should make her feel better. And so she did!
I was telling her about my new Nespresso machine and asked if she would like to have some capuccino and she did so I made some for the 2 of us.

Do you see those cute cups? I bought them from another vendor in the store, Yep, I went shopping again but who could resist 4 lovely cups for $3.99? Yep, I got 4 of them. And they even match the new to me Villeroy & Boch tray I just won on Ebay.
The black decanter is the frother. All you have to do is add milk, lay it on the Nespresso in its slot, press a button and it froths the milk.

Isn't she a cutie?

Oh yes, my friend felt better after we had fun singing.

Thanks to all our hostesses for throwing these fun parties and I would like to thank you all for coming.
Now, go over to the other parties and enjoy their teas in their beautiful tea cups!

Christine, you seem like such a nice person that I don't think your friend even needed the cappuccino or the karaoke. She probably would have felt better just getting your sweet attention. :)
Best,
Gloria P.S. Your cups are cute though!!

Oh my! I love these teacups. I always see them in the antique store and they make me smile. However, they are a bit pricy and not in as nice of a condition as yours. You are so very lucky to have found these. Take care.

These cups are so cute and I know my mother had one very similar to the lady teacup. I must ask her about it. Thanks for sharing and Happy Tea Tuesday.

Sandi

Good morning friend.

thanks for coming by to visit and your nice comments.
In regard to shipping high chairs, the thought never crossed my mind. I really just had them on there to show my local customers, and to have a post. They are about 3' tall, so think a big nuisance to ship, and costly. sorry.

hope your day is great!!

PS your mugs are too cute!!

The cups are such fun. I saw them in an antique shop in Florida. You got a good deal on yours. Funny, I just looked up Nespresso machines yesterday. I saw an ad for one and was curious. How does the coffee taste? I had an early pod type coffee machine and the coffee wasn't good...but, it also wasn't nearly as expensive as the new machines.

Yum Yum indeed! I used to own these cups but in one of my decluttering moods sold them on etsy.

Hi Christine!
Those are just the cutest cups and good for a smile no matter what you are drinking from them!
They are from Baileys Irish Cream gifts sets. I used to have one but don't know what happened to it! How lucky you are to have 4 of them!

Oh, cute cups! Sure to cheer up anyone, especially after a round of karaoke.

And I had to laugh -- I was just looking at those Charles Faudree books this morning. Small world.

Thanks for visiting That Old House.
