I am Irish on St. Patrick's Day!

Kathleen of Let's Dish is having a St. Patrick celebration party. Since I am Irish on that day, there is no way I would miss it.
I started to think green. What would be more green than my Bordallo Pinheiro bunny dishes? Well, it's almost spring too so bunnies are starting to hop on my tables. I topped the plate layers with plastic leprechaun hats from the Dollar store. They were 5 for $1 so I was able to put on on my majolica style vase too.

I won the green plate chargers from Ebay. There were 12 of them but 2 arrived broken. UPS or USPS (can't remember which one now)was asking for so many things in filing for a claim and the seller kept bouncing the responsibility back to me when I had no information so I just gave up. I was still happy cause I have 10 perfect ones. I just did not leave her a feedback because I do not like giving negative ones unless they are really, really bad.

A duck gravy saucer.
The ceramic napkin rings were from Williams Sononma on clearance from a few years ago.

I bought these 4 little bowls from Homegoods while I was in Florida, perfect for dipping sauces. I love that store, one reason we bought our home there, it is only a 4 min drive from it, lol. Well, it is also next door to my daughter's house, an added bonus.

I can't remember where I bought the cabbage S & P shakers. I've had them for a while but forgot about them until I saw them again while looking for something else in the kitchen cabinet.

A clover teapot, again from HG. I have no cups nor sugar and creamer set in the same pattern so I mixed them with other greens that I have.

I hope you enjoyed my Irish table even though I am a Fil-Am gal. Thanks for stopping by and thanks to all the hostesses of these fun parties.

I love your table! I'm of Scotch Ulster decent, and I think you nailed the spirit of the day. You are my Irish sister at heart! :D

I really love the little shamrock dipping bowls and W-S napkin rings.

You have the perfect dishes for this holiday, and this table looks so good that I feel sure Saint Patrick, himself, would be honored!

I am always enjoying in your home.

OMG! I never seen plates with clovers to celebrate St. Paddy in Sweden.

The closer I can get is to gather my green dishes :-(

Happy Monday Ate Xine.

Christine, glad you are celebrating St. Patrick's Day, too! I love your green majolica china and the chargers are so beautiful. The delivery of china is always a surprise when you open the package for you never know if it will arrive safely. I love your finds from HG and I am also only about 1 mile away. My St. Patrick's Day table has some finds from HG, too. I just love your clever accessories for this tablescape. Have a delightful week!

Yep...everyone is Irish this week! I love your setting! Wonderful! So sad about the plates though. All the shamrocks are so cute! Were you born in the PI? I was anexchange student there when I was 15-16 in Dagupan City in Pangasinan.
Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea.

Perfect, Christine! I have green Bordallo Pinheiro in the cabbage leaf pattern. I like these chargers with the pointed leaves. Working on my table this evening. ;-)

Christine, I did enjoy your post! We are all Irish on St. Patrick's Day, aren't we! Love all of your green and I have the same round green box with the bird on top! It is so distressing, when we get a bad seller on eBay, isn't it? I had a similar experience when a seller wanted me to be responsible for his mistake. That is not legal on eBay, but I had a sick grandchild and did not fight it. However, I was not happy. So glad that your other chargers arrived in good condition!!

Christine, I love your St. Patrick's Day tablescape. I love green -- maybe that's why I like St. Patrick's Day. Cabbage salt and pepper shakers would go good with my corned beef and cabbage! :D Happy St. Patrick's Day and Happy Tea Day!

You may only be Irish for one day, but you have the big giving heart of a sweet Irish lass. Your usual great eye for design is apparent on your St. Pat's table. Next time you have problems with an eBay seller, let me know, and I'll see if I can walk you through it. That should not have happened! Thanks for inviting us for a peek. Cherry Kay

Really spectacular! Too bad about your ebay experience -- I have a similar one, but the seller did have insurance and they paid.

Of all the pretties you have here, my favorite thing are those footed teacups with the lily of the valley -- just divine.

I love it how everyone is Irish on St. Patrick's Day.

As usual you have shown your creativity on your tablescape. I love the large majolica urn as your centerpiece and how clever to add the cute hat. The hats give a festive ambience to your table. Your different shades of green add interest too.Love all your complimentary pieces.

Happy St. Patrick's Day.
